Welcome to another week of our Smoothie Saturday. Thank you for stopping by to check out what’s on todays menu. Each week I feature a new smoothie recipe to share with you. I try to enjoy a smoothie each day of the week, if I can. I’m always looking for new recipes to try so Smoothie Saturdays are one of my favorite days of the week, yippee!!!!
What’s on the menu this week, you ask?….. I’m sharing a super satisfying and sweet recipe with you.
Pineapple Banana Smoothie
Here’s what you’ll need to make it:
1 Cup - Pineapple
1 - Banana
1 Cup - Apple Juice
1Tbsp - Peanut Butter
6 - Ice Cubes
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
Slice your fruit, add your juice and ice, then mix it all up in your blender. Simple and satisfying! This smoothie is sweet because you add a tablespoon of peanut butter. It’s also filling. I had one of these mid morning and was full through lunch time, although I still ate a small lunch.
This recipe makes 16 oz. It’s honestly 16oz of satisfying flavor and super easy to whip together for a snack. You can use fresh or frozen pineapple too!
Here’s another pineapple smoothie you might enjoy. Click here to see that recipe.
Have you ever tried a pineapple banana smoothie before? Or a recipe similar? I’d love to hear what you think.
If you enjoy our smoothie recipes, follow along so you don’t miss a thing!

I love smoothies too, so will be sure to check back on Saturdays often. I once tried to make a pineapple banana smoothie, but was advised that banana and pineapple don’t go well toegheter. Now I know differently.
